The local Buffalo Wind Wings has a challenge: eat 12 wings with blazin’ sauce in 6 minutes or less.
5:06 and it was done.
The biggest challenge was the heat — not the spice, but rather the temperature. I was burning my fingers on it since it seemed to be right out of the fryer.
The real record was somewhere between 2 and 3 minutes so I still have a way to go… maybe next time.
I did get a cool shirt for the feat!
