When I was flying out here to San Francisco I picked up the in-flight magazine for a quick look. It was mainly to figure out what I’m going to have for breakfast.

As I was putting it back into the seat-back-pocket in front of me I spied something:

It’s the QR code on the lower-right of the ad.

You can decode the code in the air, but you can’t act on it unless you are on the ground.

So, other than making the ad look high-tech, does it do anything?

Now don’t get me started on the QR codes by themselves.  :-P  That’s another post…
