Mover Maladies

One thing I realized as I'm unpacking all of our crap is that the movers that we got were utter morons.Half our furniture is damaged. Almost every piece of wood furniture has gotten scratched. In fact everything wood in the diving room has damage. Not just a simple scuff here and there, but a massive scratch down the middle of the dining room table and a part of our hutch has become detached from the rest of it (and has been cracked a bit).My exercise bike is non-functional according to the manufacturer with the damage it sustained to its flywheel.Out kitchen cabinet is nicked.Our credenza was stood up on it's frickin' side on concrete.Idiots. Absolute idiots.This move is going to get expensive for someone's insurance. I'm guessing United Van Lines is going to lose quite a bit on their failure.
