Lobbying

I got my word out there. It takes a surprising amount of time (not hard time, but just the process) to get everyone in the government -- from the president to the state legislators -- all collated together for personalized emailing.I would send a letter, but that takes longer since it needs to be screened for crap like anthrax. Postage or envelopes are not an issue; delay, on the other hand is. As much as a nice signature would be a good thing to put on a letter, email it is.Lobbying, even at my own minimal level, is work. Editing the letter (which has since grown a bit) down to three different versions for different length considerations takes time. Gathering. Filling out the same, though slightly different, form takes time.I guess that's why it might make a difference.
