Launching Software

This isn't getting into anything that's secret at all. We're trying to get some software out the proverbial door.Crunch time.Over Independence Day.Now, this isn't unique to Amazon. Every software shop I've ever worked at or heard of has this once in a while; it just comes with the territory.On one hand it can be really annoying to put in longer than normal hours. On the other hand it's kind of a thrill to just sit down and start throwing out some code. There's nothing like the motivation of a deadline to get the juices flowing.Soon I won't have to be as secretive! Not even Ennie knows what the hell I've been working on! It'll be a lot more fun what I can take a chance to share.  :-)
