Almost every day now I’ve been hopping on the bike to get to work. The more I do this, the more I see my stress level go down. At work, the reality is that I’m having more stress, but somehow in the ride home — even just on I-5 getting back to my house — I’m feeling a bit better.
It’s interesting how this seems to work for me.
You have to focus on the bike. But you can’t fight to control it — you work with it and it works with you. You’re a team.
It’s a zen for me.
