I’m working with Tek customer support to try to get to the bottom of the issue that I mentioned yesterday.

I was going back and forth with their support engineer so I decided to make a video documenting the problem as I’m experiencing it.

I’m sure it’s fixable, but I’m just rather annoyed that I’m looking to get a repair to what is effectively a brand new scope. It had around 20 hours on it before I took it out of the box — and it was refurbished by Tek at their facility. (I heard it was a demo unit)

So, those of you looking at this, can you find anything that I’m doing wrong or is the scope just plain faulty?
