Today I built up a quick little oscillator.

Once I got the split supply set up (and not just assume that ground is the negative rail) it oscillated! :-D Well, it wasn’t really either a square wave or a triangle wave, but it was something that was wiggling about at around 13kHz.
Ok… well the op amp I used seemed to be a bit slow when recovering from saturation so it wasn’t really either a square wave or a triangle wave… But I have a faster one on order.
It’s like anything. Diving in is something that I need to do to to learn shit. It’s just the way I manage to pick things up.
