I borrowed a Leica from the Leica Store in Bellevue on Friday night and I walked around with it on Saturday.
I took some pictures.
Some I think are actually pretty good. I was constrained by having only a single lens — a 50mm. Not a bad choice, but for street photography I generally would choose a 35mm.
But such is life. You have only what you have with you anyway. If I had a 35 or 28 I’m sure I’d be wishing for a 50. Whatever. You make it work anyway.

I liked the process of getting the shots. It was a nice feeling. I’m having trouble putting it in words though. Somehow I really did feel a lot more connected to the picture taking experience.
