I’ve been working out on the bike downstairs nearly every day for months and months already. It had gotten to be just part of my routine.

The problem is that lately I’ve also started getting some pain in my elbows (how fitting for a birthday post, eh?). I’m pretty sure that the bike is adjusted they way it should be, but even then there’s some pressure from me leaning over onto the handle bars.

It’s not like it hurts when I’m on the bike, just in normal everyday stuff.

It’s weird. I feel guilty about not working out… but it seems that it’s gotten to the point where it might be doing more harm than good.

I’ve known for a while that I need to mix things up. This, I’m thinking, is what I need to get the lead out.
