Parts of Seattle are pretty. Parts are rough. Sometimes those parts intersect.
The alley behind the Crocodile is one of those places. Many of the alleys in downtown Seattle are like that as well. Ignored. Unseen by the tourists. Unseen by most of the city unless you’re taking out the trash or taking a break with a smoke on a break at work.
Sometimes you see razor wire and fence. Sometimes it’s just a wall.
