Computational Twitter

Mathematica 11 was released yesterday and I've decided to try to apply some of its might to processing some Twitter feeds. Specifically I want to set up a data mining system for tweets from the Bertha tunnel boring machine. It would be really cool to have a rich data view of the entire project and be able to plot the distance traveled over time. Maybe even overlay it with a GIS dataset of Seattle and show exactly where it's been, when it was there, and the speed that it was traveling at the time...Which makes me wonder... where can I get the GIS data for the project?
