Around 20% done with the modeling...

This is the slide hopper for my bulk slide scanner. It's not a hard model at all, but it is three parts complete with tolerancing and whatnot.The see-through view shows a bit more:It's the mechanism to hold and eject slides one-by-one. Still left to do on this is a spur gear drive for the slide carrier, but otherwise this should be ready to be 3D printed.Next up is the slide imaging block.And I do have to make a correction to my Fusion 360 pricing: the enthusiast pricing, where enthusiast is defined as making less than $100K from the work, is free. Having something like this for free is just plain gobsmacking to me. I'm willing to give some $$ to Autodesk... but at the same time I'm happy to not as well.
