Tour of Washington

A little while ago I ordered a lens to go with my micro-four-thirds camera. I ordered it from Amazon from a third-party seller. Both Amazon and the seller (Focus camera in this case) did their job the way they were supposed to.

UPS, on the other hand, dropped the ball. It was supposed to get to me on Wednesday. It actually got to Seattle on Tuesday and was scheduled to get delivered the next day. Instead, UPS decided to go for the tour of Washington instead.

In fact, this is the second time in as many weeks that UPS dropped the proverbial ball. My 3D printer left Chicago the wrong way as well.

I'm just wondering if this is a trend, or is UPS's quality control going down?
