I loaded up the Leica M7 with Ilford Delta 3200 film last night. I posted pictures from the M10–which of course required no development–last night.
This picture, technically, isn’t good. I moved a bit and blurred the right side.
I don’t care.
This is what the night felt like last night. Dark. Bits of light. A glow.
The beauty of the imperfections of the film as well. The grain. The halation circles around the brightest of lights; the angry photons bouncing around the emulsion since they are, in fact, too angry.
Shadows of the trees against the black of the sky marred only by a few stars.
The lake.
Analog.
