Redundancy FTW

I've had a Drobo running since 2015 up in my closet dutifully keeping data spinning on the five drives inside of it.Yesterday, while I was dealing with all the crap from my accident, I looked at the Drobo and it had a red light on. One of the five drives had failed. I quickly ordered a replacement (I'll warranty the failed one and just keep it as a spare).I removed the failed one and popped in the new one. It rebooted... and it's all good. And I didn't lose any data. That's why I like having the backup like this.(well, I also have a backup in the cloud as well, but I like having multiple layers of redundancy... I'm weird like that)
