Baby On Board

Tim from Lowside Towing was at my house today packing up my baby, Matilda, to go to the shop to get all fixed up.Yesterday I met up with my insurance adjuster for him to drop off a check for all of the repairs on her.At this point it's just a waiting game as Vallantine Motor Works, just a bit down Aurora from me, starts to order parts to get her back to tip-top shape. There are some parts that got a tiny bit of a scuff that I'm not really in the mood to care for, like a tiny scratch on the back of the mirror for instance that I'll just leave for the sake of character. But it looks like the basic structure is going to be all OK.It just going to take maybe three weeks or a month to get everything squared away.I guess I just Uber around while she's worked on.  :-(
