Well, this post is about pork butts. I smoked a couple of them today… low and slow for around 9 hours.
The nice thing about this cut of meat is that it’s relatively cheap to start off, but then it turns into pure magic when you’re done with them.
Then shred it up…
That’s a nice smoke ring as well. :-)
For around $20 of pork we now have the protein for maybe a dozen or so meals. Including the one today with my bro.
