Waking up this morning after my trip out to San Francisco I’m thankful that I’m back where I feel I belong: home.
I realize more and more that I’m not really compatible with a big city. I don’t think I ever was, but as more time passes the less I like being in a giant bustling town where everything is too expensive.
I woke up and started up the smoker in the barn for En’s turkey legs. Walking back to the house I paused and looked around.
I think I really found “home.”
