When you are interviewing for a job the biggest thing that you need to remember is to listen to the person who is interviewing you.

If someone tells you that you might be doing something wrong, it might be a worthy thing to trust them.

Conversely, ignoring them might be a bad thing.

Interviewing is hard on both sides of the table. As someone who interviews people I have worked really hard to come up with questions that are a bit unique (in a good way) that test the things I'm looking to learn about people.

As an interviewee you have nothing to do but try to impress as much as possible. And a large portion of this is listening to feedback. Because a large portion of working somewhere is listening to feedback.
