Novel idea

I think I have an idea I can run with for National Novel Writing Month. I'm not going to go too far into the plot here, but I think I have an interesting hook.The general idea is a thriller. The plot will start off with a biotech engineer and go from there.I want to try to explore some ideas around morality.Yeah... some of this is going to be a little cliche, but that's OK. I'm not going to apologize. It's my first novel, so I don't care.  :-)I'm trying to come up a broad outline about the story to give me a bit of a framework to hang stuff on.So, is anyone going to join me in this endeavor?
