I think we're going to make an offer on a house

Yep. We saw a house yesterday at an open house and saw it again today.We think it'll fit our stuff. It's in a good neighborhood. It's within what we're pre-approved for.Tomorrow it'll go in and we'll know what'll happen shortly thereafter.It's in the Phinney Ridge part of Seattle if that means anything to anyone out there. It has a view of the Cascades and is stones throw of the zoo.  :-)Wish us luck!
