Fire Alarm Club Music

Today we had the strangest thing happen on the 13th floor of Coral, our Amazon building.The fire alarms went crazy.We didn't get the typical high-pitched screech -- nope, not us, not this time.We got odd, rhythmic noise.I grabbed my RØDE mic and attached it to my iPhone and grabbed a high-res version of it.[audio mp3="http://blog.vec.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/ClubMusicFireAlarm.mp3"][/audio]I have no idea what this is. I have no idea what process made this noise. I can tell you it went on for a good 10 minutes or so before someone (no idea who) managed to stop it.If anyone wants the original to take a listen (or look) let me know and I'll send you the original 24-bit stereo 96kHz WAV for any analysis you want to do to it. Hell, if you just want to mix it into a song I'd love to hear the end result!  :-D
