UX Disaster

I challenge you to figure out what the elevator buttons on the bottom left do. This is from the elevator in my building from the 2nd-floor lobby down to the parking garage and other assorted goodies.I can understand what one set of open-close buttons do. But I simply can't grok what's the difference between the open and close and the open and close with a line between them.The bottom right one I'm pretty much convinced summons butterflies, but I've been too afraid of pressing it in case they get stuck in the parking levels.
