Blessings in disguise

So often in my life, I get dealt a hand that may seem pretty bad.But also, so far in my life, I've been able to take that bad hand and just trust in the power of the universe to make it pretty damn good.Today might be one of those days.My general rule in life is to embrace the random. Unless you have infinite resources, you'll never be able to bend reality to your will. But the universe has a bit of Brownian motion to it as well it seems. If you can hold fast as you get pulled in one direction, the let go as the universe pulls the other way... well, you go forward.Maybe slowly at times, sometimes as quick as lightning.But the key, for me at least, is to not fight the universe.Just go with it.You can call it luck. But I'm not sure I fully believe in luck as much... it's more like embracing what you have right in front of you and allowing yourself to go in the direction that works. And works right now. Not forced.Today might be one of those days.A day that should rightfully be full of angst... but instead seems to have been replaced by adrenaline.
