FIR Filters

An octave worth of FIR filters

I love it when something I've read years ago proves to be useful in ways that I've never thought of before.

In this case I was reading the Art of Electronics a few years ago and in the section on digital filtering techniques was a few pages on finite impulse response filters -- FIR filters.

Today: I did a thing with that knowledge mixed with some Mathematica for a project that my brother and I have started working on for fun.

And today theory met practice and it actually works! :-D
