22 Phone Cords
I'm doing a bit of procrastination. I should be getting some work done, but instead I've cleaned a large chunk of my office. The worst bit of the office is the closet. It's where hardware goes to die.It turns out I have some redundancy. Here's an incomplete list of things I've found:
- 22 phone cords (a mix of 2-wire and 4-wire RJ11/RJ14)
- 14 standard C13 computer power cords (The type with the D-looking connector on the computer end)
- 10 75-ohm coax cables (the type that you use for antenna and cable hookups) of mixed quality
- 11 USB cables
- 5 SATA cables
- 2 E-SATA cables
- A telephone answering machine
- An ISDN router
- A gigabit ethernet switch
- A USB hub
- 900 MHz phone
- Several VGA and DVI cables
- 2 DB9 serial extensions
- SCSI I cable
- A parallel cable
- Many more cables
And this isn't getting into the chest of hardware. That'll be another day.So, in case you need something... I think I might have it. :-)The real question is where the hell did I get all those phone cords anyway? I've never bought that many phones or modems.22 phone cords? For real?!
