Here's a rare #2 post on the same day.+1 to Apple for repurposing their home page for Steve.Does it make money? No.Did it take a board-level decision to make the change? Maybe. Did it take days? No.Was it the right thing to do? I think so -- but it takes balls that most companies would not have. I would be proud to work at a company that would do this. (I doubt I would be proud where I am)That is the type of decisiveness that Steve gave to Apple -- the cycle of deciding what to do and actually doing it.Some things are more important than just selling product and making cold hard cash. Like I was saying in my last post: good enough isn't.
