Almost settled into the house

It's been just about exactly a month and a half since we moved into the new place.The boxes are all gone.The kitchen just got a new island and a hanging pot rack. (BTW: this is the same setup the previous owners' had. We even used the same screw-holes for mounting the rack.)The basement is getting more and more usable. For instance the reloading area is ready to go now!I have some work to do to tidy up the office a bit more; the floor is a bit cluttered. But I do have places for stuff to go now.The first milestone was to get the packing detritus gone in a month. The second milestone is getting the house ready for a guest in a bit. It's good to have a defined end-date for things being ready.
