Yep... a cutting board for people like me.When the recipe says "dice," you need to know "how big."Well, at least I do.  :-)  I calibrate too many things. One of the things I think of when acquiring gadgets is (and I'm seriously not pulling your leg) can it be calibrated -- and do I have the tools to cal it myself? (And are the tools that I'm using to calibrate, themselves calibrated with a traceable cal... oy... sometimes I make things too hard all by myself)"Yaay!" and "Thanks!" to Kendra for the cool cutting board and spices! (And I'm just now realizing the spice scoop is almost camouflaged with the tablecloth. heh):-D
