Under two hours

When I moved to Solon back in 2001 I had a yard that I of course had to mow. We went to Home Depot and I picked up a high-end self-propelled walk-behind mower. The maybe 0.3 acres of lawn took me around an hour.

Today I mowed around 3 acres and it took me just under two hours. I have some room to improve still. I need to figure out the right pattern to get around all of the trees so I don't have to make as many turns. I'm also playing with the right way to go back and forth as well since the tractor isn't a zero-turn variety.

Given the simplicity of the yard in Solon, I think I could mow it in maybe 10 minutes. heh.
