More babies!

Several of the barn swallow eggs have hatched and what you see up there are the newly hatched chicks! They are still so tiny and their eyes are far from open.

Barn swallows, are such cute little birdies. Whenever I was mowing the lawn in the summer they would flit about the tractor just kind of playing. I'm guessing they were catching the bugs that were jumping out of the way from the tractor, but I always felt kind of cool as they were fluttering around me.

There are at least five more eggs to go with these. Maybe six... it's hard to count the babies at this point. I see at least three, but there were six eggs in there and I can only see two eggs.
