Another step

Today we talked to a real estate agent in the Nashville area. It's another step towards moving out there and leaving this Seattle area nonsense.

I'm not sure that we'll go with her, but it's at least a nice feeling to have a benchmark for the other agents that we'll be talking to soon.

With every step, we're closer.
